1️⃣ Pani Zyada Piyein / Drink More Water

Saar dard ka aik bara sabab pani ki kami (dehydration) hoti hai. Jab aapka jism hydrated nahi hota, to dard aur thakan barh jati hai. Din mein kam az kam 8–10 glass pani piyein.

Tips:

  • Pani ke sath fresh fruits aur sabziyaan khayein.

  • Coffee aur chai ki zyada miktar se parhez karein kyunki ye dehydration ko barha sakti hain.

  • Sone se pehle mobile aur TV kam karein.

  • Thodi der meditation karein ya relaxing music sunain.

  • Regular sleep schedule maintain karein.
